100% Nutritious Whole Grain Bread Without a Grain Mill

I kept searching for a way to make fresh whole grain bread without a grain mill, since I do not own one. I used your homemade bread recipe and Sue Gregg's method for blender pancakes to make your bread recipe with outstanding results!
Basically, for every cup of flour called for in your recipe, I believe I used about 2/3 cup of wheat berries.
I started by putting 2 cups of wheat berries with 3 cups of water in the blender (must be a high powered blender). I blended this very well on high. If it seemed to have enough liquid, I added another 2/3 cup of wheat and blended more, at least 5 minutes. This should be equivalent to 4 cups of fresh wheat flour.
I dumped this water and blended wheat grains doughy mixture into the Bosch mixer, and then went back and repeated the blending wheat berries with water process. Add that additional water and blended wheat berries mixture to the mixer when it is complete.
Now that you have your dough, continue the rest of the recipe as listed - starting with soaking your blended dough with the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.
Eryn's reply: Wow, great creativity and resourcefulness by using your blender to "grind" grains. Nothing stopping you Brenda from making this homemade bread, even without a grain mill! Very clever indeed!
I am wondering if it might be better to blend the grains without the water first, as this water and blended wheat berries doughy mixture can put too much of a strain on a blender. I am sure many blenders cannot blend grains at all, especially not with the water and wheat berries combined that gets to be a real super gooey doughy mixture.
So before using a blender for either "grinding" or actually blending those wheat berries, I would make sure you won't break your blender doing this. Make sure your blender is up to this task.
After your wheat berries are blended without the water (which might be a safer way) and converted into flour, then add that flour to your Bosch mixing bowl and then also add the required amount of water along with the freshly blended flour there - instead of mixing the two in the blender.
Also, if you use the blender to "grind" your grains and then add the water and blended flour to your mixer and do the mixing there, you can make sure you have mixed long enough to develop the gluten sufficiently.
