I am interested in doing a liver gallbladder flush. I have always read that you must clean the colon first.
If I want to do this liver and gallbladder flush, would you recommend DrNatura Colonix colon cleanse or would a colonic irrigation be better to do prior to the flush?

If you want to clean out your colon prior to doing a liver and gallbladder flush, I think the DrNatura colon cleanse is a very good idea.
What I like about the DrNatura Colonix cleanse is that it also cleanses out the small intestine. The colonic is a very effective tool to also cleanse the colon. However, keep in mind that the colonic irrigation just cleanses out the large intestine.
You would probably need to receive a series of colonics if you choose to do a colonic first.
