Relief From Anxiety Attacks Short Version
All of the following steps were essential to me overcoming anxiety attacks that had been part of my reality for several years. I am now free from these debilitating nervous symptoms. I am happy again and no longer trapped in this vicious cycle.
- I went to my medical doctor right after my first anxiety attack. I wanted a complete physical to make sure my symptoms were not from some disease or physiological problem. The test results came back fine and that gave me some peace of mind.
- Started taking natural supplements to help strengthen my body.
- Cleaned up my diet.
- Pulled in nourishing foods into my diet.
- Did the Colonix colon cleanse which reduced my toxic load, greatly reduced my symptoms, increased my energy, brought back the feelings of joy and laid a healthier framework for further healing to occur.
- Went to a naturopathic medical doctor (also a chiropractor) who had other tools, besides medication, to help me obtain relief from nervous suffering.
- Was prescribed Kavinace (by NeuroScience Inc., neurorelief.com), a neurotransmitter support, dietary supplement, to slow down my overactive neurotransmitters. I took this for two months. This greatly assisted me in overcoming debilitating anxiety and allowed my nerves to heal. My body felt like it was subtly shifting into a lower gear. I no longer felt stuck in high gear.

- Applied the teachings and wisdom of Dr. Claire Weekes (1903-1990), a renowned Australian pioneer in the field of panic disorders who has helped millions of people recover from anxiety, panic, and phobic disorders.
Her two books were instrumental in overcoming overly sensitive nerves - Hope And Help For Your Nerves and Peace From Nervous Suffering which is geared more towards agoraphobia.
