When first starting the Colonix colon cleanse, did you feel side effects like headache or strong fatigue?
I have adrenal fatigue, advanced to the degree that yours was. I am just starting my colon cleanse, and on day 3 I have severe headaches and even more fatigue than normal, if that is possible. Is this normal, and will it pass in time?

Toward the beginning of my Colonix colon cleanse, I absolutely experienced more fatigue - and like you say, you wouldn't think that is possible.
I did not have so much the headaches you mention, but everyone is different. From communications to me, people that are healthier pretty much breeze through the Colonix cleanse. People that are more toxic and experiencing more worn out bodies seem to have more of the initial fatigue from detoxifying.
Now when I cleanse, which I do periodically, I do not get that fatigue anymore. Colon cleansing really has no side effects for me anymore - just good side effects. I think I definitely decreased old stagnant waste and old toxins.

Remember, you are in charge of the Colonix colon cleanse and the speed at which you cleanse. If you are experiencing too much fatigue, go ahead and stop the cleanse until you feel those toxins have kind of dumped out of you a bit.
Then resume it when you feel you are ready. Drinking lots of water helps keep those toxins flowing out of you. So make sure you drink the required amount of water.
I always like to eat at least one whole apple per day to increase the fiber.
My fatigue did not last. It absolutely passed.
I encourage you to keep a diary. That is what I did. Record all of your health challenges and their severity.
Then each day, record how the cleanse is going for you and note the improvements you observe. Note what is coming out of you too - because you will forget. Once you get healthier, you forget the challenges that you used to face.
I will always remember day 45 of my Colonix colon cleanse - I was able to hike for the first time in several years. I actually had more energy where I felt like doing that. An incredible moment really that I share on my health improvement journey page.
Though I was diagnosed with the adrenal fatigue, I will have to say I had "whole body fatigue." My body was trying to tell me I needed to start treating it better.
