Can Nutrimill Grind Fine Rice Flour?

I am thinking about buying a Nutrimill Grain Mill so I can start making my own rice flour. I am worried that it will not be able to grind the rice fine enough so that the breads are not grainy. I don't know if this is a reason to worry or not. If anyone has any information, I would really appreciate it.
Eryn's Reply: OK, if you are looking for a grain mill to grind your grains at home, the Nutrimill is "hands down" the best grain grinder on the market. You can grind very fine flour as well as more coarse flour, whichever you prefer. The Nutrimill Grain Mill can grind flour much more fine than any other chamber impact mills on the market. Plus, you have the ability to simply turn or adjust the dial on your Nutrimill to have your grains ground more coarsely too. You will love the ability to quite easily change the texture of your flour to meet your preferences. Now keep in mind, when you grind say your whole wheat grains on the finest stetting, they will not produce a flour quite as fine as white flour. Your flour will have more texture than a white flour, because you are grinding the whole entire grain. But, nevertheless, the Nutrimill is the best choice for fine grinding your grains and converting them into flour at home. If I were you, I would see if you could find someone in your "network of friends" that just might already own a Nutrimill. I am sure they would be more than happy to grind up some finely ground rice flour for you. Then you can see if you like the texture of it when making your rice flour bread recipe. I have a little suspicion that you will love the texture of your homemade bread made with rice flour ground right in the comfort of your own home, and you will eagerly await owning your own Nutrimill. Make sure to drop plenty of hints about wanting a Nutrimill for Christmas or your birthday, if you have not purchased one by then.
