How Long Should I Initially Cleanse With DrNatura Colonix?

Do you really feel that people should cleanse with Colonix for 90 days initially? Also, do you believe the Toxinout is as important as the Colonix? I am into week three of the Colonix box. I am doing fine and do feel better, but I was wondering if the effects are cumulative and will I even notice more energy and wellness?

DrNatura Initially Recommends Colonix
For 2-3 Months - Part I

Hi Mem,

I am so glad you are doing the DrNatura Colonix colon cleanse program. You are really on the right path with this great colon detoxing product.

DrNatura recommends, if this is your first time cleansing, to do the Colonix colon cleanse program for 2-3 months. They say three months is optimum. I would agree with their recommendation.

It is because of their recommendation that I did the cleanse for about 2 1/2 - 3 months. I just knew I needed to cleanse longer because of my state of health and I am so glad I cleansed for that long. Yes, debris continued to come out of me even months into the cleanse.

I don't think I will ever feel the need to cleanse for that long during one time frame again. But for my first cleanse, I know I did the right thing. I will be doing a cleanse for internal maintenance for the rest of my life.

I now do the cleanse every year in May for one month. If I felt I needed it, I could always do it twice a year and each cleanse would be for about one month.

As I say on my story page, I was able to hike for the first time in years on day 45 of my Colonix colon cleanse. I kept a journal of my cleanse experience which I recommend you do. I just was amazed at the many health improvements that occurred from the cleanse. I wish I had known about this product years earlier. Better late than never though.

So yes for me, and we are all unique, the effects were a bit cumulative.

It took a while for my body to respond to a cleaner and healthier colon. I have so many readers email me your same question.

"Will it really help me and just when will I feel the improvements," my readers ask. I say just be patient. Realize you are doing a wonderful thing for your health. How and when your body responds is unique to you, but for most it results in at the very least feeling lighter on your feet and more energetic.

Is Toxinout As Important As Colonix? Part 3

Hi Mem,

OK, this should answer your Toxinout question. I believe Toxinout to be a good product. However, I did not do the Toxinout.

I did have a friend do the Toxinout during her Colonix cleanse. She was grateful to have helped flush the toxins out of her body with those herbs.

But if you had to choose to do just one, the Toxinout or the Colonix, the answer would be Colonix. Addressing the colon with the Colonix, I think, is of utmost importance and will give you lots of value for your money too.

I hope that helps. I know they are both great products, but not everyone can afford to do both - at least initially.
