Homemade Bread Is Perfect
I made my homemade bread this weekend. I soaked my flour on Saturday and made the bread on Sunday. I hand kneaded my bread, which I was worried about, and it came out excellent.
As a matter of fact, I just had a P.B.& J on this wonderful, delicious, and healthy bread. The recipe is perfect! I followed your instructions to a tee.
I used NO vital wheat gluten or dough enhancer. I even made pizza dough with the ground wheat. I used my bread maker to make the dough. Next time, when I make pizza dough, I will hand knead it myself to see if it comes out any better.
Yes, we had pizza last night for dinner with fresh basil from The Farm. Oh! it was so delicious!
